Account Deletion Request
At Valotalive, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data by following the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
To ensure the security of your account, all deletion requests must be verified:
- Send your request: Fill in the contact form with all details, including the request to delete your account and all associated data.
- Message: Please use “Account Deletion Request” in the message, including your user information.
- Verification: Our team will reach out to confirm your identity and ensure no critical business data is removed by mistake.
- Processing: Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?
Upon a successful deletion request, we remove the following from our active systems:
- User Profile Information: Names, email addresses, and login credentials.
- Media & Content: All uploaded images, videos, and custom content loops.
- Integrations: Authorized tokens and connections to third-party apps (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI).
What Data is Retained?
To comply with legal, financial, and safety obligations, some data is not deleted immediately:
- Transactional Records: Invoices and billing history are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting regulations.
- Audit Logs: System logs related to security and compliance are retained for a limited period to protect the integrity of our platform.
- Anonymized Analytics: We may retain de-identified, aggregated data that does not identify you or your organization for internal service improvement.
