What is CASA?
CASA stands for Cloud Application Security Assessment. It is a professional certification for individuals who have expertise in assessing the security of applications. 11 CASA-authorized labs can conduct assessments.
The certifications for the authorized assessors are controlled by App Defence Alliance. Google, Microsoft, and Meta are on the founding steering committee of the organization. The alliance works to establish and promote best practices in cloud application development and security.
