Valotalive’s Interactive Notice Board (early access available) is a digital screen that replaces old cork boards and bulletin boards with a self-service, always-current information hub.
In idle mode, the display runs content on a loop — company announcements, live dashboards, safety reminders.
When someone touches the screen or clicks the connected mouse, it switches to interactive mode: a tabbed workspace where employees browse news posts, videos, documents, and live data at their own pace.

Valotalive Interactive Notice Board runs on Windows and Chrome OS. Any touchscreen display running one of these operating systems works. If your facility already has digital signage screens with touch capability, you can use those — no additional hardware required.
Up to 5 tabs, each with a custom name. Each tab holds up to 2 content apps — for example, a SharePoint news feed alongside a live Power BI report. This keeps the layout clean and readable from several feet away.
The display automatically runs in digital signage mode — showing a rotating content flow to everyone who passes by. When someone touches the screen or clicks the mouse, it switches to the Interactive Notice Board. When the interaction ends, it returns to digital signage mode.
All content is managed from the Valotalive cloud dashboard. Configure tabs, assign content apps to each tab, and push updates to all screens at once. Connected data sources (SharePoint, Power BI, PowerPoint) update automatically. No manual screen-by-screen updates required.
