What content can I display on the Interactive Notice Board?

What hardware and operating systems are supported?

Valotalive Interactive Notice Board runs on Windows and Chrome OS. Any touchscreen display running one of these operating systems works. If your facility already has digital signage screens with touch capability, you can use those — no additional hardware required.

How many tabs and apps can I configure?

Up to 5 tabs, each with a custom name. Each tab holds up to 2 content apps — for example, a SharePoint news feed alongside a live Power BI report. This keeps the layout clean and readable from several feet away.

What happens when nobody is using the touchscreen?

The display automatically runs in digital signage mode — showing a rotating content flow to everyone who passes by. When someone touches the screen or clicks the mouse, it switches to the Interactive Notice Board. When the interaction ends, it returns to digital signage mode.

How is content managed and updated?

All content is managed from the Valotalive cloud dashboard. Configure tabs, assign content apps to each tab, and push updates to all screens at once. Connected data sources (SharePoint, Power BI, PowerPoint) update automatically. No manual screen-by-screen updates required.
