Valotalive DataGlobe shows your data as bars placed directly on relevant locations on our interactive 3D globe. Customers can highlight their global impact: From visualizing your office network to tracking sales volume and empowering your reseller network. A demo app is available for tests per request. Public availability for the Valotalive Control app.

Valotalive Control turns passive info screens into interactive displays with which recipients can interact using their mobile phones. Valotalive Control can be seen used i.e. during shop floor meetings, in corporate lobbies, or in customer experience centers. Read more here

Power BI Embed app & minor enhancements to Teams & app management

Valotalive’s integration with Microsoft Power BI just got better. The new Power BI embed application enables you to embed Power BI dashboards into web services provided with an additional layer of security through access controls.

An improved Teams integration feature that enables the controlled loading of multiple teams. This is especially beneficial in scenarios where there are thousands of teams.

Valotalive Apps has a new tab called “source” (in configuration) where you can check if the source is pushing data or when were the latest data updates.

My Content Channel gets new features

Scheduling your post multiple times is now possible. Drag & Drop for media is now supported. My Content has been translated into more languages: Spanish, French, and Polish are now available. Automatic cleanup settings for older posts are now available.

PowerPoint App – new setting

We have received a few feature requests asking for the possibility of scaling the PowerPoint content to full screen. This is now possible. There is a new setting in the PowerPoint app where you can choose “Expand to full screen” with “yes/no”.

The Favourites Feature

You have spoken. We have listened. A highly requested feature to view and sort your Displays, Apps and Flows listings. The Favourites feature (the hearts) enables you to follow the chosen ones and arrange your personal listing view. Read more in Help Center

Clone App

It is now possible to clone an app. This saves time when you need multiple, almost similar, apps for different screen groups. Read more in Help Center

UI Updates

The Hexagon takes you to creating a new app, if there are non before. On the other hand if you have specific apps already, you will be directed there.

The filter tools, for searching Displays, Apps and Flows, got a UI facelift and improved functionality.

Google Sign In update

We have updated the Google Sign In to meet with the latest versions, to stay compliant.

We moved everything under valota.live domain. The new login can be found at dashboard.valota.live

Updated Architecture for capacity increase

We are growing. The update enables more flexibility, behind the scenes, when increasing the capacity to serve a larger, growing number of displays.

Invoice management and contacts

With the improvement of invoice management and contacts You can better distribute costs to different cost centres. You can also name the primary invoicing contacts right in the service.

New user privileges

We’ve added two new permissions that can be used in a group. As an example “Can see and edit contents of the group and use contents of the parent group”. This can be used e.g. with services needing authentication, like MS Power BI.

Display User Notes

Display User Notes are a way to add custom notes about a specific display. These notes are shown to the people managing the display as a way for sharing information. The notes are not shown on the display.

We are happy to introduce a new integration in Valotalive to Microsoft Excel. Employee Wall update

Disable email links – new setting in My Content Channels

There’s a new setting in My Content app that makes it possible for you to disable outgoing email links for added content managers. This forces them to use My Content through Valotalive admin panel in case you’d like to add another layer of security.

Stock Beat with a new data source

Stock Beat app, that displays stock data, makes a come back, now powered by Yahoo Finance data. We have also made it even easier to activate the app. You can now locate your stock easily using Yahoo Finance symbols.

Redesigned UI

Valotalive admin portal now has a new look & feel (video). 🤩 There’s also simple navigation that makes it even easier for the admins to find what they are looking for. In addition to that It is now possible for admins to easily invite other users to the service (video).

New Features in SharePoint App

We have added support for stock images. In addition to this you can now select the country locale for date formatting according to your preferences and choose to show or not to show the time of the post as well. Read more about SharePoint integration.

We are happy to announce Valotalive Microsoft Power BI app now supports filters. You can now use filters in Power BI in Valotalive App Configuration to filter down your report for a specific target audience.
